Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.
  • Assist with event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, and team\-building activities from inception to execution.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
  • Perform data entry, filing, document proofreading, transcription, and office management duties to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and managing confidential information with discretion.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role within an office environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office technology such as multi\-line phone systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project coordination, event planning, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and office management is highly desirable.
