Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.
- Assist with event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, and team\-building activities from inception to execution.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Perform data entry, filing, document proofreading, transcription, and office management duties to keep operations running smoothly.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role within an office environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office technology such as multi\-line phone systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with project coordination, event planning, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and office management is highly desirable.
