Position Summary
Axora Consulting is hiring a part\-time HR \& Operations Associate to support internal operations and client\-facing HR/recruiting work. This role is hands\-on and execution\-focused: you’ll help keep recruiting workflows moving, support onboarding and documentation, assist with invoicing/admin tasks, and help maintain organized, secure records.
This is a remote/hybrid, flexible schedule role with occasional travel as needed.
Employment Type and Schedule
- Part\-time (target: up to 25 hours/week to start)
- Flexible schedule (including weekends if needed), coordinated in advance
- Remote/Hybrid; travel may be required occasionally
- Has the ability to become (FT) with more client work (based on availability and incoming client work)
- Support recruiting workflows including application intake, candidate communications, and scheduling
- Conduct phone screens and resume reviews as assigned
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
- Assist with onboarding coordination (document collection, checklists, follow\-ups)
- Support day\-to\-day operational tasks and internal organization
- Assist with invoicing and basic billing administration
- Maintain organized file storage and document version control in SharePoint
- Support process documentation and SOP upkeep (drafting updates, formatting, filing)
- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and partners as needed
- Represent Axora’s standards for confidentiality, responsiveness, and follow\-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
- Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
- Experience with recruiting, HR admin, scheduling, or operations support is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint for internal, google\-suites for some clients)
