Position Summary

Axora Consulting is hiring a part\-time HR \& Operations Associate to support internal operations and client\-facing HR/recruiting work. This role is hands\-on and execution\-focused: you’ll help keep recruiting workflows moving, support onboarding and documentation, assist with invoicing/admin tasks, and help maintain organized, secure records.

This is a remote/hybrid, flexible schedule role with occasional travel as needed.

Employment Type and Schedule

  • Part\-time (target: up to 25 hours/week to start)
  • Flexible schedule (including weekends if needed), coordinated in advance
  • Remote/Hybrid; travel may be required occasionally
  • Has the ability to become (FT) with more client work (based on availability and incoming client work)
  • Key Responsibilities

    HR and Recruiting Support

  • Support recruiting workflows including application intake, candidate communications, and scheduling
  • Conduct phone screens and resume reviews as assigned
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding coordination (document collection, checklists, follow\-ups)
  • Operations and Administrative Support

  • Support day\-to\-day operational tasks and internal organization
  • Assist with invoicing and basic billing administration
  • Maintain organized file storage and document version control in SharePoint
  • Support process documentation and SOP upkeep (drafting updates, formatting, filing)
  • Client Support and Professional Communication

  • Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and partners as needed
  • Represent Axora’s standards for confidentiality, responsiveness, and follow\-through
  • Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Reliable internet and ability to work independently
  • No Degree Required

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting, HR admin, scheduling, or operations support is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint for internal, google\-suites for some clients)
  • Can follow directions with little to no guidance

    This role will have access to confidential business, client, and candidate information. The associate must comply with Axora confidentiality and data handling requirements and sign required agreements as part of onboarding.
