Location: Hinckley, Ohio (Hybrid/Remote work with weekly or monthly office/site visits as required)

EKA Build is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented part\-time Administrative \& Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, marketing, and project coordination. This role will start with foundational tasks and grow into broader responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, file organization, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content and organizing project photos/videos.
  • Perform occasional job site visits for content capture.
  • Help with personal tasks, such as booking travel, managing meal pick\-up, and handling returns.
  • Support project and client materials preparation, including proposals and client\-facing documents.
  • Assist with personal or executive support tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
  • Proactive and detail\-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with administrative support, bookkeeping, or marketing is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) and content creation is beneficial.
  • Alignment with a faith\-based company culture is essential.
  • Pay \& Benefits:

  • Part\-time contractor role (1099\) with 15\-20 hours/week to start.
  • Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Flexible schedule with a combination of remote work and occasional office/site visits.
