Compass Title \& Escrow, LTD, a leading settlement agent serving Rhode Island and New Hampshire, is seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate closing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, real estate agents, and lenders in person and over the phone
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain closing files and documentation
  • Communicate with clients and partners to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the Closing team
  • Handle data entry, document tracking, and office coordination tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1\+ year of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Real estate, title, or mortgage experience is a plus
  • (not required)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Schedule

  • 25–29 hours per week
