Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role involves providing exceptional clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth escrow operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience with office management tools. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Duties
- Perform escrow data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks, data entry, and bookkeeping is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Office experience in escrow roles, is desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
