We are looking for Training Assistant for our client in Indianapolis, IN Job Title: Training Assistant Job Location: Indianapolis, IN Job Type: Contract Job Overview: Support learning and development operations by managing learning plans and training administration activities. Create, update, and maintain learning plans within the Learning Management System based on guidance from learning strategists. Assign and manage courses, curricula, and learning activities for target populations. Monitor training completion and compliance, escalating issues when necessary. Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Process LMS transactions including enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions. Respond to learner and manager inquiries related to training assignments and records. Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from the LMS. Maintain organized documentation of administrative actions. Support scheduling and logistics for instructor\-led training sessions. Manage shared files, folders, and collaboration platforms. Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials for learning programs. Perform data entry, data cleanup, and system maintenance tasks. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers to manage requests and issue resolution. Track service requests, deliverables, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration across multiple business areas. Experience working with Learning Management Systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with SuccessFactors required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain learning plans and training records. Process LMS transactions and support training operations. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders. Coordinate training logistics and administrative activities. Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain data accuracy and compliance across systems. Should Have: Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries. Familiarity with compliance and training requirements in regulated environments. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work independently and within teams. Qualification And Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
