Job Summary
This position is the connection between the company and its current and potential clients. Successful candidates will be able to accept ownership and accountability for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries. Requirements
- Two years of veterinary experience or education
- One year of Customer Service experience
- Schedule Flexibility, must be able to work Saturday and Sunday as part of a regular scheduled shift
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, texting and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Reviewing over treatment plans with the client over the phone or face to face using a webcam\-preference determined by client hospital
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems, complaints that can not be resolved easily are to be handed over to our Marketing Manager to resolve.
- Keep proper records of all phone and web interactions with clients and update accordingly to the practice management system
- Follow communication ‘scripts’ when handling different topics
- Identify clients’ needs and concerns to then clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal and team KPIS
- Other duties as assigned by the Client Support Team Manager
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to learn the hospital’s practice management systems
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing records etc.
- Strong oral comprehension, expression, speech clarity, recognition
- The ability to sit or stand for the duration of 8\-10 hours a day
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directions
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give information in person and over the phone
