Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide support with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as a personal assistant when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
