Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and support at all times
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls, test and messaging accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for daily administrative tasks
- Room prep in between clients
- Support office management activities by supervising clerical staff, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception and office
- Check in and check out clients
- Make follow up phone calls
- Assist with social media
- Enter treatments in rewards
- Update and upload to client records
- HIPPA complaint
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical background
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules
