Duties
- High\-volume data entry (primary responsibility)
- Processing and assisting with weekly payroll
- Managing employee timesheets and documentation
- Answering and directing phone calls from builders, subcontractors, and clients
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
- Supporting daily office operations as needed
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy necessary for data entry and document management
- Experience with payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Self\-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Experience in construction or working with contractors (a plus)
