    Responsibilities:

    The Support Specialist is a key member and extension of the Distribution team, focused on the administrative tasks that deliver a seamless, high\-quality experience for our agents and internal partners. This role supports the full agency lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support, while ensuring licensing and appointment compliance.   • We'll count on you to:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for agent inquiries via phone and email
  • Support new agency onboarding and manage ongoing agency lifecycle tasks
  • Ensure licensing and appointment compliance in accordance with state regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to agent licensing and appointments
  • Run monthly reports and distribute them to agents and internal partners
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Agency Experience Managers (AEMs)
  • Assist with processes across multiple functional areas within Distribution Administration
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong customer service mindset at all times
  • Qualifications:

    What you need to have:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
