- Greet visitors and clients warmly, managing front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Handle multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document clarity
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support clerical functions including typing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring positive interactions at all times
- Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred, especially in medical or dental settings
