Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports day\-to\-day recruiting operations and plays a key role in driving candidate engagement and hiring efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with foundational recruiting knowledge who is comfortable speaking to candidates, coordinating logistics, and maintaining organization across multiple databases and open roles.
This position partners closely with hiring managers and the Director of Recruitment to ensure a smooth, responsive, and candidate\-friendly hiring process across multiple markets\>
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring candidate records, statuses, and notes are accurate and timely
- Ensuring fidelity across ATSs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates (using your own cell phone), providing a professional and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, in\-person, and via phone call) with hiring managers across multiple regions and business lines, always ensuring you are speaking to the correct branding
- Communicate daily with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, scheduling, and hiring needs
- Conduct outreach to candidates via platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, including cold calling and follow\-ups
- Present compensation structures and explain the pay model to prospective clinicians in a clear and accurate manner
- Post and manage job listings across platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant healthcare channels)
- Coordinate compensation alignment by sharing candidate wage expectations with hiring managers, providing pay structure guidance, and communicating finalized compensation details and any counteroffers to candidates and/or hiring managers
- Identify additional free or low\-cost sourcing channels within the healthcare space
- Take detailed notes and track action items during weekly recruiting meetings for each region
- Assist with reviewing rates and candidate alignment prior to offer stage
- Coordinate offer initiation by completing internal offer request documentation with accurate candidate details and compensation information, and track candidate application submission in ATS to ensure all requirements are met prior to offer letter generation
- Support general recruiting operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Attend occasional job fairs or recruiting events as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 1\+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and building rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and job boards
- Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently once trained
- Outgoing and confident communicator who is comfortable initiating conversation
- Team\-oriented with a shared\-ownership mindset; willing to both support others and take on additional workload as team needs shift
- Detail\-oriented note taker who can capture key information and follow through on action items
- Adaptable and resourceful, especially when sourcing candidates in competitive markets
