Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish REQUIRED) Administrative Assistant who is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating operations, supporting our team, and ensuring a high\-quality experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist visitors
  • Coordinate and schedule service projects using internal software (training provided)
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams in both English and Spanish
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling logistics
  • Perform administrative tasks: filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry
  • Support leadership and operations with day\-to\-day coordination
  • Maintain clear, professional communication across phone, email, and in\-person interactions
  • Qualifications

    * Fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2\+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail

  • $22\.00 – $25\.00 per hour (based on experience)
