This Enterprise Applications position supports the ESHS (Environmental, Safety, Health and Sustainability) and GMS (Global Medical Services). It is responsible for coordinating enterprise\-wide application configurations, and upgrades, interfacing with various levels of customers and users, and interfacing with various levels of technical support teams as well as representatives from the Lockheed Martin Business Areas.

This position will require researching, analyzing and summarizing information and data to effectively manage business processes and recommend process improvements. Analyst will be expected to identify creative and innovative ways to affect positive change while applying lean thinking methodologies and teaming strategies to increase efficiency and the effective impact of the operations on the enterprise. Analyst will use effective communications techniques to educate the organization when collaboration and partnering is required to support business objectives and requirements of the ESHS/GMS customers. Analyst will support software life\-cycle management, monitor and troubleshoot COTS and SaaS applications. Analyst will be able to configure additional and/or new configuration and upgrades to existing software applications. Analyst will be able to troubleshoot and document issues and work the issues with the technical team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive technical documentation (systems requirements, design, deployment).
  • Data Management, SQL Programming, SaaS, core to cloud migration, Integration and Software deployment
  • Planning, analyzing, and implementing processes and solutions
  • \\In light of current internal business pressures, priority consideration will be given to qualified candidates who are currently affiliated with the Enterprise Operations’ EBDT (Enterprise Business \& Digital Transformation) organization.\*\*

    Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required for this role due to Program Requirements
  • Experience acting as a liaison between the functional customer/data owner and technical team
  • Experience delivering comprehensive functional documentation (requirements, test plans, test scripts, standard operating instructions)
  • Familiarity with IT software applications and functional operations support and experience acting as the functional subject matter expert for those applications
  • Experience coordinating and leading execution of the requirements and testing phases of the software development life cycle
  • Experience in performing detailed data analysis
  • Experience performing business process re\-engineering or process consulting
  • Experience working in virtual teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of management
  • Extensive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) domain
  • Experience with OHM.
  • Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of various ESHS/GMS applications that may include Enablon NABasic, OHM, Ergo suite, Pendo, Robot Safety, Eco Vadis and Brio tix Health
  • Knowledge and experience with other phases of the software development lifecycle (i.e., ConOps, Planning, Design, Deployment)
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile projects
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive technical documentation (systems requirements, design, deployment)
  • Knowledgeable in relational database management systems
  • IT Service Central experience (Incident and Problem Management)
  • EMIS Software suite implementation, operations and maintenance experience
  • Experience with Enablon Configuration Engine and Nabsic coding
  • Experience migrating changes between environments

Ability to Work Remotely:

Full\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,300 \- $146,165\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 \- $129,260\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
