  • What you’ll be doing…

    Assist the following departments, based on operational needs:

    * Sales \- Respond to client inquiries and book client appointments strategically to facilitate the sales process. Prepare for client appointments by utilizing CRM software to anticipate client needs. Greet clients in a kind and professional manner that inspires trust and furthers sales. Notice spoken and unspoken needs of clients and sales team and take detailed notes of requests and preferences, following\-up as appropriate. Procure products based on client requests. Style and merchandise products. Serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages, wrap gifts according to boutique standards, restock supplies, take high\-quality photos to send to clients, and return products to their displays.

    * Administrative \- Keep the boutique organized, clean, and stocked. Keep an inventory of supplies and request reorders in a timely manner. Data entry and filing paperwork.

    * Accounting \- Data entry of daily transactions and filing paperwork, assist with the location and organization of client and vendor invoices for cross\-use between sales, inventory, and accounting departments.

    * Inventory \- Assist with daily receiving of packages, data entry of new items into inventory program, tag newly inventoried items, cross\-check tags against paperwork, gather and prepare items for shipping, maintain integrity and accuracy of tags on items being displayed.

    * Merchandising \- Perform daily set up and clean up of product display and assist with adding new products to the display cases, keeping in mind aesthetics, sales strategy, security, and organization.

    In addition, you will maintain day\-to\-day operations through answering phones, general light housekeeping, and hospitality set\-up and clean\-up.

    Hours:

    Our shifts are scheduled within the hours of 9am and 9pm, with occasional earlier or later shifts for meetings or special events. Shifts are 8 to 9 hours long, but can sometimes be 10 to 12 hours long on an event day. Days worked are Tuesday through Saturday, with a handful of occasional Sundays and Mondays throughout the year.

    Additional Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30lbs (required)
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or other service industries (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Mac operating systems (preferred)
  • Skilled with paper crafts \- precise cutting, gluing, etc. (preferred)
  • Flexible availability weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays (required)
  • Pay: $22\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour
