### Position Summary

Surfside Laundry is seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented HR \& Administrative Coordinator to support our Alabama operations. This role provides on\-site HR support, administrative coordination, and customer service assistance across multiple plant locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, production\-driven environment while supporting both employees and leadership.

### Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with leadership on HR\-related matters across locations
  • Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to plant leadership
  • Maintain files, reports, and internal documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and operational coordination
  • Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping
  • Customer Service Support

  • Assist with customer communication and issue resolution
  • Support account coordination and service follow\-ups
  • Maintain a professional and responsive experience for clients
  • ### Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, multi\-location environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • ### Work Environment

  • Primarily based in Alabama with regular interaction across multiple facilities
  • Combination of office and plant\-floor exposure
  • Hands\-on, team\-oriented environment supporting daily operations
