### Position Summary
Surfside Laundry is seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented HR \& Administrative Coordinator to support our Alabama operations. This role provides on\-site HR support, administrative coordination, and customer service assistance across multiple plant locations.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, production\-driven environment while supporting both employees and leadership.
### Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
- Support attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and compliance
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Coordinate with leadership on HR\-related matters across locations
- Provide general administrative support to plant leadership
- Maintain files, reports, and internal documentation
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and operational coordination
- Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Assist with customer communication and issue resolution
- Support account coordination and service follow\-ups
- Maintain a professional and responsive experience for clients
- 2\+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, multi\-location environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Primarily based in Alabama with regular interaction across multiple facilities
- Combination of office and plant\-floor exposure
- Hands\-on, team\-oriented environment supporting daily operations
- Reliable and self\-motivated
