Job Description:
Responsible for providing case management services to participants within the program and will act as an advocate for the participant providing resources, case management, transportation as well as working with participants on pre\- and post\-treatment planning.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screening, monitoring and filtering emails, drafting correspondence, and often handling sensitive or confidential information with total discretion.
- Schedule appointments, and assist in the preparation for meetings with different stakeholders and internal staff
- Tracking deadlines for various departments and following up on "action items" to ensure the executive’s initiatives stay on track.
- Supports the Executive staff directly as the go\-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings, finalize them in standardized templates and disseminate to staff.
- Complete daily tasks in the community and provide office support as directed by the Executive staff
- Conserves Executive staff team’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assist in the preparation of special projects
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Become familiar with a variety of True North Recovery’s mission, vision, value in alignment with our practices and procedures.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems whereas needed throughout the Executive Office.
- Performs job in compliance with applicable laws, True North Recovery’s policies and procedures as well as community and professional standards.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least 3 year of experience in the field or in a related field, preferred.
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Combination of education, experience, accepted.
- Employment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory state and federal background check.
- Must be able to pass alcohol and drug screen.

This role is primarily performed in an office building with standard office environment and controlled temperatures. When working outdoors or at a job site the employee may be exposed to construction equipment or other moving objects/equipment; reference job site specifics. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk/hear, see, read, and personally interact with others.
