Role Overview
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail\-oriented paralegal to support the Personal Injury team. This fast\-paced role supports attorneys in state and federal litigation and requires close collaboration with other paralegals and case assistants. This role may include regular communication with Spanish\-speaking clients; bilingual (Spanish/English) skills strongly preferred.
This will be a hybrid position, based in our San Diego, CA office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Big Picture
Support Personal Injury litigation from pre\-litigation through post\-trial by managing case files, coordinating filings, maintaining deadlines, and assisting attorneys with discovery and trial preparation.Specific Tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Review and organize client documents
- Prepare and manage court filings and discovery
- Manage electronic documents including Bates stamping and document review
- Create privilege logs and trial exhibits
- Update client data in case management systems
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Manage deadlines using electronic calendaring systems
- Coordinate CM/ECF and PACER filings and service of process
- Paralegal certificate or qualification under Bus. \& Prof. Code § 6450
- 3\+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Experience with case management software
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as ShareFile, PACER, Everlaw, FileVine, Smart Advocate
