We are a vertically integrated residential real estate development and ownership platform that manages every stage of the real estate lifecycle, from raw land development to long\-term rental ownership. Operations begin with three supporting land development companies which entitle and develop residential lots. Site preparation and infrastructure work are performed by SiteWorx Excavation \& Development, LLC, an excavation and earthmoving company. Residential construction is led by Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC, a wholly owned homebuilder and general contractor. To further enhance construction quality, Superior Walls of North Dakota, LLC was launched to manufacture high\-PSI (5000\+) concrete foundation systems in a controlled environment. Retained homes are held within affiliated rental entities encompassing more than 150 single\-family properties, allowing to align development, construction, and long\-term ownership within a single integrated platform.
