Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, text, and chat support
- Manage appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow‑ups with clients
- Respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, problem‑solving, and clear communication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and updates
- Support the operations team by coordinating schedules and relaying important information
- Assist with sending reminders, confirmations, and post‑service feedback requests
- Help maintain a positive brand image by delivering consistent, high‑quality support
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and CRM updates
- Strong communication skills with a warm, customer‑first approach
- Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or service industry
- Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar)
