You in This Role As the Sales Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for supporting daily sales operations by providing high\-level administrative, organizational, and communication support. This role is critical to ensuring internal efficiency, accurate documentation, smooth scheduling, and clear coordination between teams. You will work closely with the Sales team and report to the Inside Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail\-oriented, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
A Day in the Life
- Provide administrative support to the sales team at the direction of the Inside Sales Manager
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Organize documents, records, and operational information
- Serve as a central point of coordination for internal requests
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, organize, and maintain internal documents, reports, and files
- Handle internal and external correspondence via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Support Sales, and other teams with administrative tasks and data entry
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic reporting
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and general administrative needs
- Help streamline workflows and improve administrative processes
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and communications
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Exceptional organizational and time\-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfort working cross\-functionally with multiple departments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting sales, operations, or supply chain teams
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Shopify or e\-commerce administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or B2B environment
- Exposure to multiple departments and core business operations
- Development of strong organizational and operational skill sets
- Hands\-on experience improving internal workflows and processes
- Close collaboration with leadership and cross\-functional teams
