- Monday – Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- In\-office position located in Jacksonville, FL

- Answer and route incoming calls in a high\-volume environment
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order, stock, and distribute office supplies
- Assist with scheduling, patient intake support, and documentation
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Support the team with day\-to\-day operational needs
