  • Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist

    As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers—ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You’ll also support essential administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and route incoming calls in a high\-volume environment
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order, stock, and distribute office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling, patient intake support, and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Support the team with day\-to\-day operational needs

  • Some college required
  • * 1\+ year of administrative or medical office experience required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a
  • fast\-paced, high\-call environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • eClinicalWorks experience preferred
