\`\`\`Duties\`\`\` \- Manage and oversee daily office operations \- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette \- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed \- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry \- Schedule management, including coordinating appointments and meetings \- Supervise and train office staff in administrative procedures and policies \- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge \- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary \- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and presentable at all times \`\`\`Skills\`\`\` \- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively \- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks \- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment \- Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments \- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles \- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) \- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
