Responsibilities and Experience

Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation, including answering phones, managing schedules, and performing data entry. This is an entry level role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and directing calls, managing emails, organizing files, data entry, scheduling appointments and managing routes and schedules.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

Organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Communication skills: Strong verbal and written skills for communicating with staff and clients.

Technical Proficiency: knowledge of basic office software

Billingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Proven ability to handle multi\-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse clients or team members
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred but not required; training can be provided
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and document management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast\-paced environment
  • Previous roles such as receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist or personal assistant will be considered advantageous
  • Pay: $18\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour
