- Maintain compliance with medical record documentation standards
- Communicate with patients, pharmacies, and care partners to coordinate services

Qualifications* Minimum one year of medical office experience required
* Prior authorization experience (Availity, United Healthcare portal, CoverMyMeds preferred)
* eClinicalWorks experience preferred
* Associate’s degree preferred
* Medical Assistant certification preferred
