The Production Fulfillment II plays a key role in the ongoing fulfillment of predictive client models. This position requires close collaboration with Account Management and Strategic Analytics to ensure accurate, timely delivery of fulfillment outputs. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and is able to hold responsibility for a process or software outside of our normal delivery process.

This full\-time, salaried position is a US\-based remote role.

Your Impact:

Model Fulfillment

  • Collaborate with Strategic Analytics to understand client objectives and develop and execute effective model fulfillment strategies.
  • Independently manage assigned fulfillment workflows from intake through completion.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and changes with Account Management and Strategic Analytics teams.
  • Quality check deliverables with ability to resolve issues, or collaborate with Analysts to resolve.
  • Data entry.
  • Prioritization \& Coordination

  • Establish and execute plans for timely and seamless order fulfillment across multiple clients.
  • Balance simultaneous fulfillment requests with varying deadlines and complexity.
  • Develop an understanding of how to prioritize client orders, and ad hoc requests.
  • Client Data Management

  • Work with internal teams to determine files needed for fulfillment and organize receipt of those files
  • Reporting \& Documentation

  • Have the skills needed to own a process or software outside of normal order fulfillment such as, but not limited to:
  • + Create and maintain thorough internal documentation via Confluence to support business processes.
  • + Develop and update Power BI reports or dashboards.

    + Work with Salesforce team to develop reporting, processes, and own the Salesforce process.

    + Own team project tracking through JIRA.

    Exceptional Service

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Provide consistent, high\-quality service and proactive communication.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting/analysis in conjunction with the Strategic Analyst to meet client objectives
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Your Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1\+ year of experience in a business environment with an emphasis in consumer marketing with direct mail experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in providing reporting.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to a non\-technical audience.
  • Ability to navigate changing environments and requirements.
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • Minimal travel anticipated; may consist of auto and air travel 1\-3x a year.
