We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and administrative support, helping ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients and addressing their needs promptly.
- Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and team collaboration.
- Proofread documents for clarity and accuracy before distribution.
- Support additional administrative tasks to help improve office productivity.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with data entry and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling is preferred.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
