Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and efficient support system of our office. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, responsible for pulling city permits, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and overseeing office equipment maintenance.

  • Assist with personal or executive assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Prior experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong typing skills along with excellent proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy in all communications
