We are looking for a Director of Growth \& Media to work directly with entrepreneur and founder www.damoncomerio.com to build and scale the media presence across multiple businesses.

- Helping position Damon as an authority in real estate and entrepreneurship
- Planning content calendars
- Creating video concepts and story angles
- Determining what content gets produced and where it should be posted
- Understanding platform algorithms and audience behavior
- Identifying opportunities to grow audience and engagement
- Reviewing and approving content before publishing
- Directing editing style, captions, and thumbnails
- Coordinating with VAs on production and scheduling
- Ensuring quality and consistency across all brands
- Monitoring analytics and engagement
- Identifying trends and opportunities
- Adjusting content strategy based on performance
- Continually testing formats and messaging

Occasional travel may be required for projects, including potential trips to Arkansas (3 hrs from Kansas City).
Compensation
Salary will depend on experience and capability.
Typical range:
$80,000 – $90,000
