Administrative Assistant

Local Tax Law Firm \| Full\-Time or Part\-Time \| In\-Office

Bryson Law Firm, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Marketing, Operations, and Bryson Accounting \& Tax COO. This role is essential to the day\-to\-day functioning of our office and helps keep both our in\-office and remote teams running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast\-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, and scan incoming IRS mail
  • Process returned mail and update client information in the Needles Neos database using TLO
  • Assist with direct mail campaigns by: Pulling lien information from Clerk of Court websites, Entering lien data into the firm database, and Coordinating with outside print vendors to ensure timely printing and mailing of lien letters
  • Prepare and send physical mail for team members and act as the
  • in\-office liaison for work\-from\-home staff

  • Assist the Resolution Team with pulling IRS transcripts
  • Prepare and distribute marketing mail (stuffing and stamping letters)
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support including scanning, faxing, filing, and office organization
  • Assist the Director of Marketing, Operations, and BATS with various administrative projects
  • Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in a law firm, accounting firm, or professional services office (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional phone and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working with databases and basic office technology
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast\-paced office environment
  • Pay: $14\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
