In\-Office Position (no remote or hybrid work available)
Essential Functions
* Documentation Processing: Manage the lifecycle of Commercial Invoice and Packing List (CIPL) documents across various account\-specific platforms.
* Discrepancy Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for factories and customers to resolve missing or inaccurate shipping documentation.
* Financial Reporting: Partner with the accounting department to ensure all billing packets and invoices are submitted accurately and on schedule.
* Process Improvement: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Excel templates to drive operational efficiency.
* Cross\-Functional Support: Collaborate with the internal import team to troubleshoot document submission, invoicing accuracy, and daily task prioritization.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within NetSuite/SAP and complete administrative tasks as requested.
* General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to assist the logistics team.
Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formatting).
* Business Acumen: A foundational understanding of general business operations is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
