The EPIC Accounting Support Clerk I \- Chargebacks we are looking for:

Are you detail\-driven, analytical, and passionate about problem\-solving? We’re looking for an EPIC Chargeback Specialist to join our team and help us protect our business from financial losses while delivering exceptional service.

As a Accounting Support Clerk I \- Chargebacks, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve chargebacks and disputes across multiple payment platforms.
  • Analyze transaction data, receipts, and communication records to build strong cases.
  • Prepare and submit compelling representments and rebuttals within required timeframes.
  • Monitor chargeback trends to identify fraud risks and operational gaps.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all chargeback cases and outcomes.
  • Stay up to date on card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
  • Requirements:

  • 1\+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud prevention.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with card network regulations and dispute resolution procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with chargeback platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
