We provide house cleaning, household assistant and house management services to our clients in the Ann Arbor, Dexter and Chelsea area.
Job Type: Flexible Schedule (Monday – Friday) Day shift
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Field Manager/Field Leader, to join our team! This is a dynamic, hands\-on leadership role that blends field work, staff support, and client relations. The Field Leader will play a key part in supporting operations, ensuring service excellence, and helping our Associates thrive and our business grow!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in interviewing potential clients to understand their needs and match them with the right services
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to new team members
- Schedule and coordinate daily routes and job assignments for Associates
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or staffing issues
- Cover shifts for unavailable staff and perform one\-time client jobs
- Maintain your own set of recurring Clients and deliver exceptional service
- Support general office work as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Common sense approach
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and eco\-friendly products
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work Monday – Friday and the occasional weekend
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance
