Thompson Burton PLLC is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to support a firm partner in a busy legal practice in its Franklin office. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage schedules, communications, and administrative responsibilities in a confidential and detail\-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a structured professional setting while supporting the daily priorities of a partner.

*Responsibilities*

  • Manage and maintain the partner’s calendar and schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines
  • Monitor incoming email and communications
  • Track assignments and follow up on tasks to ensure completion
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • *Qualifications*

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting an executive, attorney, or senior leader
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional handling of confidential information
  • Legal experience is helpful but not required

  • In\-office position in Franklin (no remote option)

    Location: Franklin, TN

    Pay: $27\.50 \- $32\.00 per year
