Additional hours may be available after a 60\-day trial period based on performance and needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self\-motivated Personal Assistant to help manage administrative, organizational, and occasional personal tasks. This role is primarily remote, with one in\-person workday per month at a home in Marion, NC.

The ideal candidate is a self\-starter who pays close attention to detail, follows through on tasks, and can work effectively in a fast\-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Manage email communications (send, reply, and follow up as needed)
  • Tech Savvy \-
  • proficient in macOS and iOS environments, with proven capability in managing Apple MacBooks and iPhones for professional tasks

  • Assist with
  • basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Create presentations for meetings using
  • Canva

  • Content creation (I can teach you but some experience preferred)
  • Help with
  • travel planning and arrangements

  • Perform personal errands (picking up supplies, hardware store runs, etc.)
  • Assist with organization projects (garage organization, light household organizing)
  • Assemble furniture when needed (e.g., IKEA)
  • Grocery shopping or small personal errands
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Qualifications

  • Highly organized with
  • strong attention to detail

    * Reliable, resourceful, and patient

    * Provided technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware/ macOS/iOS and other tech

  • Self\-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a
  • fast\-paced and evolving environment

    * Proficient in Google Docs and Canva

  • Able to send, manage, and
  • respond to emails professionally

  • Ability to meet deadlines and
  • follow up on tasks

  • Some experience in
  • content creation

    * Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred but not required

    Additional Requirements

  • Must have a
  • reliable vehicle

  • Must be able to travel to
  • Marion, NC once per month for in\-person work

  • Ability to handle a mix of
administrative, organizational, and hands\-on tasks

Growth Opportunity

This position may expand beyond 5 hours per week depending on the assistant’s effectiveness and workload needs. This can be discussed after the initial 60\-day trial period.

Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5\.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Marion, NC 28752
