Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Clerical / Administrative Assistant to support our transportation and logistics operations. This position is primarily hybrid, but the selected candidate must live in Owasso, Oklahoma and be available for in\-person training.
We are looking for someone who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with Microsoft office/Google Workspace and transportation paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update load and driver information in spreadsheets
- Manage and organize transportation documents
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and brokers as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch and operations
- Support accounting tasks such as tracking payments and invoices
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, managing correspondence, and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous experience as a receptionist, or dispatcher is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Must live in Owasso, OK
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
