Job Summary
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
- Duties include placing patients in the room, taking patient's vital signs, insurance verification, answering phones, scheduling appointments, scanning files, filing, medical records retrieval.
- Please note that this job is 35 hours per week but can vary if needed.
- Bilingual preferred
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answer and manage multi\-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized for easy retrieval
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
