Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. This full\-time role involves assisting with leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of property management regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing
  • Manage resident inquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette and conflict management skills
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and recordkeeping using property management software
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate effectively with vendors and maintenance staff
  • Assist in rent collection, payment processing, and upselling additional services or amenities to residents
  • Support legal administrative tasks related to landlord\-tenant law, contracts, and lease agreements
  • Contribute to resident retention efforts through excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Help organize community events or meetings to foster resident engagement
  • Ensure office organization through filing, data entry, and administrative support tasks
  • Skills

  • Strong knowledge of property management systems
  • Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or real estate administrative roles
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
  • Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions
  • Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills for working with residents, vendors, and team members

This role is integral to maintaining a well\-managed community environment while providing exceptional service to residents. The Assistant Community Manager will play a key part in supporting the property's operational success through administrative excellence and proactive engagement.

Pay: $18\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
