Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. This full\-time role involves assisting with leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of property management regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing
- Manage resident inquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette and conflict management skills
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and recordkeeping using property management software
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate effectively with vendors and maintenance staff
- Assist in rent collection, payment processing, and upselling additional services or amenities to residents
- Support legal administrative tasks related to landlord\-tenant law, contracts, and lease agreements
- Contribute to resident retention efforts through excellent customer service and relationship management
- Help organize community events or meetings to foster resident engagement
- Ensure office organization through filing, data entry, and administrative support tasks
- Strong knowledge of property management systems
- Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or real estate administrative roles
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions

Pay: $18\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
