- Assist with planning and executing outreach activities for STEM programs to schools and community organizations
- Manage correspondence via email, phone, and online platforms to engage participants and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, scheduling, and follow\-up communications using data entry and filing skills
- Support event logistics by coordinating virtual meetings, sending reminders, and preparing presentation materials
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace tools, and other computer skills to create reports, flyers, and promotional content
- Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries with professional phone etiquette and bilingual communication when needed
- Help with office management tasks such as calendar management, document proofreading, and organizing digital files
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively engage diverse communities
- Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred; familiarity with front desk or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial for managing program budgets or expenses
