Duties
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Support project documentation through data entry, proofreading, and accurate record keeping
- Assist with calendar management for project schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring timely reminders and updates
- Perform general office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces
- Provide excellent customer service support to clients, vendors, and team members by responding promptly to inquiries and providing assistance as needed
- Prior office experience in a construction or related industry preferred; clerical or administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and communication
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for supporting basic financial tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience with book keeping
- Experience with office management duties such as calendar management, filing systems, and customer support enhances your fit for this role
- Experience with Oregon permitting
