Executive Administrative Assistant (Part\-Time – Flexible Hours)

About the Role

Lady Mehan Security is a growing private security company seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations.

This is a part\-time position (2–4 hours per day) with flexible scheduling. The role may expand as the company continues to grow.

This position works closely with the owner and operations team assisting with administrative tasks across multiple projects, including security operations and occasional event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing emails and responding to routine communications
  • Light scheduling and calendar management
  • Data entry and report organization
  • Assisting with documentation and record keeping
  • Assisting with client communications when needed
  • Helping organize internal files and operational documents
  • Occasional research tasks or project support
  • Occasional Site visits

    We are looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable supporting a blue\-collar service business environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self\-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide variety of personalities
  • Able to stay calm and professional in fast\-paced situations
  • Not easily overwhelmed and able to prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable being client facing and customer service oriented.
  • This role requires someone who is practical, adaptable, and solutions\-focused.

    Preferred Experience

  • Administrative assistant or office support experience
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling or operations support a plus
  • Schedule

  • 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible daily schedule
  • Some remote work possible
  • Pay: $17\.50 \- $23\.00 per hour
