Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Answer multi\-line phone systems professionally, and direct calls accurately using phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all documents are accurately proofread and filed.
  • Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping, scheduling, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining high levels of organization and time management.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in medical or dental environments is advantageous.
