- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and maintain excellent phone etiquette
- Manage legal case files
- Scan in mail and organize into appropriate files
- Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, correspondence, and reports with precision
- Conduct document review and data entry to ensure accuracy in case management systems
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting litigation, estate planning, family law, immigration law, or other practice areas as needed
- Assist in client interviews and gather relevant information for case development
- Proven experience in a legal administrative or paralegal role with familiarity in law office procedures
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and accuracy
- Attention to detail for proofreading and reviewing documents thoroughly before submission or filing
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, record keeping, and document review
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication skills coupled with courteous phone etiquette for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience supporting attorneys in project management or administrative support roles is a plus
