Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, organizing meetings, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle all office management duties including filing, data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining office, clerical and lunchroom supplies inventory.
  • Organize events such as meetings or company functions through detailed planning and logistical coordination.
  • Support personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including managing confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office management, clerical work, or executive support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and collaboration.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Skilled in project coordination, event planning, data entry, filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills complemented by strong typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data management tasks.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred to handle inquiries professionally via phone or email.
  • Knowledge of office equipment including multi\-line phones, fax machines, scanners, and office software like DocuSign for electronic signatures.   • Pay: $19\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
