Duties

  • Manage schedule
  • On Site Content Support
  • Filling out project briefs
  • Coordinate calendar and schedule appointments
  • Perform data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Travel
  • Maintain organized records of all communications, appointments, and administrative documents/emails
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in schedule management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and computer literacy in general
  • Proficiency in Apple software (iPhone)
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with effective time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Personal assistant experience background is advantageous
  • Familiarity with social media (TikTok, Instagram, X, and Snapchat)
