Small tax and bookkeeping office in West Hills is looking for a reliable and organized office assistant to help with client communication, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
This position involves a mix of front\-office responsibilities and light accounting support.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Data entry for tax preparation files
Basic bookkeeping tasks (transaction categorization, QuickBooks support)
Assist with payroll processing and payroll filings
General office organization and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish and English. Please do not apply if you are not bilingual.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Attention to detail
Prior office, bookkeeping, or tax office experience is required
Compensation:
$23 – $27 per hour depending on experience.
