Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, exceptional communication skills, computer savvy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves multi\-tasking, managing schedules, inventory (to say the least) and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company events
  • Manage calendar scheduling for team members
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and correspondence management
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners
  • Implement best practices in office management to enhance productivity
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 20\-40 pound items
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual
  • Phone skills
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of training \& development processes for staff improvement
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
