Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, exceptional communication skills, computer savvy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves multi\-tasking, managing schedules, inventory (to say the least) and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate event planning and logistics for company events
- Manage calendar scheduling for team members
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and correspondence management
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners
- Implement best practices in office management to enhance productivity
- Must be able to occasionally lift 20\-40 pound items
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual
- Phone skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of training \& development processes for staff improvement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
