Atlantic Longevity is a growing health, wellness, and longevity clinic in Kennebunk, Maine specializing in men's hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and proactive health optimization.

We focus on helping patients improve energy, metabolic health, and overall vitality through personalized treatment plans and evidence\-based protocols.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Bill Johnson, is a board\-certified urologist specializing in men’s health. Our team is dedicated to delivering individualized care in a supportive, patient\-centered environment.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Maine to join our practice on a part\-time basis (1–2 days per week). Some visits may be conducted via telehealth.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Additional mentorship and oversight will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow\-up visits
• Evaluate and manage hormone therapy, metabolic health, and weight loss programs using established clinical protocols for TRT, hormone optimization, GLP\-1 weight loss medications, and peptide therapies
• Order and review laboratory testing
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using clinic protocols
• Document patient care in the clinic EMR
• Collaborate with Medical Director on patient care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA\-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in
Maine or willingness to obtain (we can assist with the process)
• NH license a plus
• Interest in men’s health, women’s health, longevity medicine, or hormone optimization
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a personalized wellness\-focused practice
