We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full\-time (40\-hours per week) Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant to join our amazing healthcare team! The ideal candidate will be high energy, a quick learner, a great team player with a strong background in medical administrative support (ideally chiropractic care), and the ability to provide exceptional patient service!

Bilingual (Spanish\-English) proficiency is preferred. This role involves managing front desk operations, supporting clinical staff, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Non\-negotiable hours for this position are:

Monday: 815am\-715pm (1 hour lunch)

Tuesday: 215pm\-715pm

Wednesday: 815am\-715pm (1 hour lunch)

Thursday: 215pm\-715pm

Friday: 815am\-715pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient check\-in and check\-out processes efficiently using electronic health record (EHR).
  • Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and assist with insurance documentation review.
  • Schedule appointments accurately, handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized medical records, including filing, data entry, and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and computer skills.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a high volume medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred; chiropractic or dental office experience is ideal.
  • Bilingual (Spanish\-English) communication skills are preferred to serve our diverse patient base effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service excellence and professional phone etiquette.
